Hatha

Restorative

Staying in and embodying each pose for a period of time are the hallmarks of this class. You will learn about how each asana offers unique lines of energy, how to use your unique alignment to strengthen your asana poses, and how to connect with your own architecture more fully.

Yin

The foundations of this class are balancing + toning the pervasive connective tissues of the body and exploring your inner terrain through self-inquiry. Like getting acupuncture but without the needles, you will clear out energetic blockages with long slowly held postures.......free flowing energy and clarity of the mind-body system are the results. This class is the perfect compliment to your more active yoga practice.
