Staying in and embodying each pose for a period of time are the hallmarks of this class. You will learn about how each pose offers unique lines of energy, alignment opportunities, and connect with your own architecture more fully.

Yin

The foundations of this class are balancing + toning the pervasive connective tissues of the body and exploring your inner terrain through self-inquiry. Like getting acupuncture but without the needles, you will clear out energetic blockages with long slowly held postures.......free flowing energy and clarity of mind and body are the results. This class is the perfect compliment to your more active yoga practice.
